  • Auditing existing content, creating frameworks and writing content for every part of a journey, from promotional web pages to instructional microcopy

  • Collaborating with UX/UI/product designers and developers in Figma

  • Managing stakeholder relationships and running co-creation workshops where complex challenges need to be worked through together

  • Working with design system components, and developing more where needed

Brand storytelling

Working with small businesses and startups to translate big ideas and ambitions into something that really hits the spot with target audiences

  • Conducting a competitor and market review to define your brand’s USP

  • Auditing any existing comms, reviewing current channels and making recommendations for what you should be communicating, how and where

  • Defining tone of voice and creating guidance on how to put it into practice

  • Creating core brand messaging that you can use to tell your story in marketing campaigns, during client pitches and on social media

Copywriting

Telling your story at every stage of your customer journey, from creative marketing campaigns to long-form technical copy

  • Developing messaging frameworks for products, services and propositions based on existing insights around customer behaviour

  • Following your tone of voice or creating it for you if it’s not defined yet

  • Working with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and consider the implications of what I create from a legal and regulatory perspective

  • Taking a plain language approach, making sure copy is tailored to the audience, their needs and how well they understand the subject
